In our practice of gentle Yoga, our focus is not only on the execution of asanas - {positions}. We combine the positions with 4 more sleeves - {parts}. They are: energizing, mental concentration, breathing exercises and meditation. All this in a calm and harmonic rhythm. Body and mind in balance. Vibrating in love and peace.
